Perhaps, you’d prefer to start your visit here by getting an aerial view of the entire city? If so, make the short trip out to the Tallinn TV tower, which standing at 313m high, is the city’s tallest building. On the 21st floor, the tower houses an observation deck, from which you can look out over the city from all angles and peer over the old orange-roofed buildings.

Then, visit your pick of the park’s art museums, such as the popular and unmistakable Estonian Art Museum, seeing all of the monuments decorating the park along the way.
One of the most prominent sights in the city is Toompea - a 17-acre area of land which sits atop a large limestone hill.
